Fed Hike?

Hello:

There is a possibility that the Fed will hike rates approximately 1/4%, either tomorrow, or at their next meeting in November, due to Fed Chairman Greenspan's assertion last week that the "economy is regaining traction". If and when the Fed does increase rates, that might be interpreted as the Fed moving from being "accommodative" to "neutral" in their overall stance. This dovetails with one of our current themes of investing for an improving economy.
