Paradox and Vioxx?

Hello:

William Gross of Pimco Funds is indicated in Barron's Magazine this week to have suggested that he believes that because of perhaps less than accurate government statistics, consumers have been paying more than they are led to believe, savers are getting less of a return than they think, and that the economy is growing with appreciably less vigor. Merck pulled Vioxx from global markets as studies linked the pharmaceutical to cardiovascular disease.

October is often open enrollment for employer benefits. Consider talking with your benefits officer about whether a participating in a flexible spending plan might lower your tax burden.
