Bond Spike?

Hello:

It appears that US Bonds may have rallied in anticipation of the EU Constitution not being ratified by France. Will the rally last?
Mr. Greenspan is scheduled to testify regarding his economic outlook before the Joint Economic Committee of Congress on Thursday. The markets may trade rather quietly in anticipation of his remarks.
