What a Week this will be!

Hello:

This week we say "good-bye" to Alan Greenspan, with one more rate hike thrown in (possibly) and we say "hello" to Benjamin Bernanke. Meanwhile, we will get a State of the Union address from the president, and an annual news conference from the president of Russia. On top of all of this, we continue to get fourth quarter earnings reports. Hope that the Superbowl will be this exciting!


A recent study by Commonwealth funds indicates that 69% of Americans surveyed would like to set up a separate fund for future medical costs. If they are philanthropically minded, they may be open to considering a charitable gift annuity or charitable remainder trust as a solution.
