The "Jobless Recovery" is offering more jobs

Hello:

One concern about the current economic recovery is the lack of significant job growth -- to the point that this recovery has been named a "jobless recovery". Last Thursday, the initial claims for jobless benefits plummeted to 271 K in the second week of January, the lowest weekly reading since the week of April 15, 2000 (pre-recession). Job growth is crucial to maintaining a healthy economic recovery.

The National Institute of Aging (NIA) estimates that by the year 2050, the average lifespan will be 90 - 95 years. Perhaps the baby boomers, concerned about outliving their retirement income and assets, may start donating more time and less money.
