Unpredictable 2005?

Hello:

After reviewing many varied sources of "predictions" for 2005, it would not surprise us if 2005 will be one of the least predictable years in recent history. It may be that many of the trends of 2004 (e.g. rising gold, dropping dollar, low equity market volatility...) may take a new direction around mid-year. Commodities may be strong this year if the weather continues to be unpredictable.
