Tech no longer dreck?
Hello:
If the pace of business spending on technology for the first half of 2005 continues though the second half of 2005, then it is possible that final figures might near the $1 trillion dollar mark for the first time since the year 2000. That might indicate future stable growth in the maturing technology sector. That might be a very good thing for the U.S. economy.

Thank you for the positive feedback regarding our July series on identity theft. We are happy to continue the series for a few more weeks. To wit: Whenever asked for your social security number (or your child's social security number) for the purposes of identification, consider asking if you can use just a portion of the social security number instead. Frequently, only the last four digits are used for identification purposes.
