G'Day Wall Street

Hello:

Australian born media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, CEO of Newscorp, appears to be successful in his bid for Dow Jones, the publisher of the Wall Street Journal. News Corp, Inc. which includes Fox Entertainment, the New York Post and Myspace.com, is not expected to make large changes to the WSJ's print copy. However, Mr. Murdoch has announced an inclination to launch a Fox Business Channel that might rival NBC/Universal's CNBC Channel. Could this be similar to the rivalry between MSNBC and FoxNews?

We believe this is further evidence that domestic assets appear very inexpensive to international buyers due to the weakness of the US dollar over the past several years. Foreign money continuing to come to the US is bullish for our markets.

We will be shooting our new TriSummit Financial and TriSummit Insurance television commercial this afternoon, and so will be unable to answer the telephone after market close. Please feel free to leave a voicemail message, and we will return your call this evening or tomorrow morning.
